Day
1 MENDOZA: Welcome. We’ll receive you
at Francisco Gabrielli Airport or at the bus-station, and
then we’ll take you to your hotel. Lodging. Later, we’ll
check the personal equipment. Afterwards we will have a Welcome
Dinner in a typical Argentinean restaurant.
Day
2 MENDOZA / FIAMBALA: At 8:30 in the morning,
we’ll leave for Catamarca. Lunch on rthe way. Lodging
at Fiambalá. Dinner.
Day
3 FIAMBALA / CORTADERAS: After breakfast we’ll
go to Laguna Verde, crossing Chaschuil vail, Guanacos reservation,
Gendarmeria Station at Cortaderas, where we’ll camp.
Dinner.
Day
4 BASE CAMP : Free day to become acclimatized
or carry supplies. Full board.
Day
5 BASE CAMP / 1st. CAMP: Breakfast, climb
to 1st. camp. Dinner.
Day
6 1st. CAMP /SUMMIT / BASE CAMP: summit day.
Day
7 BASE CAMP / FIAMBALA: Return to Fiambalá.
Lodging. Dinner.
Day
8 FIAMBALA / MENDOZA: Return to Mendoza or
La Rioja airport. Lodging at Mendoza. Farewell dinner.
Day
9 MENDOZA / AIRPORT: After breakfast, transfer
to the Airport or bus-station. Farewell, until the next challenge
